This information in this book was accumulated over a 20 year career as the CEO of the Green Electric Power Corp. Over a period spanning two decades, a team of engineers worked independently towards the goal of achieving cleaner combustion from waste fuels by "fractional HHO injection". Engineering modalities ranging from chemical through electrical, mechanical and metallurgical all contributed towards electrolysis production of "green hydrogen" as it is termed today.
